Look Expensive sells digital products only: PDF guides and workbooks. They are delivered to you straight after payment and cannot be returned. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any digital product once an order has been completed.
Each product page describes what is included, such as the number of pages and the topics covered. Please read it carefully, and email us if you have a question before you order.

In these cases we will resend the file, replace it, or correct the charge. Please include your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
We cannot refund an order because you changed your mind, bought by mistake, or did not use the product. Style results vary from person to person, and we do not promise any particular outcome.
This policy does not take away any rights you may have under the consumer laws where you live.
This policy covers only products bought from Look Expensive. If you buy from a retailer through a link on our site, that retailer’s own refund and returns policy applies.
